4 Refund requests

 
 

In any event, any payment for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery of the first set of designs, unless YourDesignPick cancels or terminates your project for a reason other than your breach. If for any reason, a refund is granted, a full refund less an administration charge of USD 10 will be made. YourDesignPick will only refund your money if our management team has deemed that YourDesignPick has not delivered services efficiently. The refund request will not be entertained in following cases:

  • Delivery of first set of designs has been done.
  • If work was commenced on chosen design package and revisions have been effected at your request.
  • If the project was cancelled for reason(s) that are not related to the graphic designs of YourDesignPick
  • No Feedback from your side for more than 7 days following the submission of the graphic design.
  • Since our custom packages are made to your specifications, they cannot be canceled or returned for any reason once the order has been placed and in conditions mentioned above.
  • If you have approved our design.

5 Cancellation / Termination

 
 

YourDesignPick reserves the right to reject, cancel or terminate, permanently or temporarily your order for any product or service offered by YourDesignPick, that do not go with the terms and conditions made by YourDesignPick.

Dispute resolution and release

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Indian laws. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the site or to any graphic designs you purchase through our site shall be resolved by court of law in India or arbitrator with statutory rights.

How the money will be transferred

If you have paid using your credit card - the money will be transferred back to your credit card account.
If you have paid using a cheque or a money order your refund will be sent to you by cheque.
It may take up to 7 business days to refund your amount.

Common delay causes

We give our best to fulfill your requirements in a given time period, but there may be certain conditions when projects may delay in any of the reasons beyond our control including act of God, legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lock-out, strike or lack of obtaining materials required for the performance of the contract. During the continuance of such a happening, you may opt out by notifying us and choose to terminate the contract and pay for the part of the work done and resources used.
